    Needs-

  • Convenience is a need in everyday life, and having prepaid food delivered to you is very convenient.

  • Accessibility considering there are students on the campus with mobility issues.

   Opportunities-

  •  Increased revenue for the school is possible, with more access to purchasable goods in addition to the meal swipes.

  • Competitive advantage for the university, because this is an appealing aspect that could draw potential students in.

  • An overall happier student body!

    Improvements-

  • Improvements in accessibility occur when cutting out the requirements to visit on-campus dining facilities.

  • the stress that is off their shoulders in how they’re going to eat. Improvements in student’s well-being will occur, due to

    Strengths-

  •  Flexibility in where you can eat, considering some students don’t feel com with table eating in public settings.

  • Variety is offered in meal swipes because distance from the student’s room is no longer a component of them
    choice.

  •  Attention will be drawn to the university if offered because incoming students will see this as a plus that not every school has.

    Exceptions-

  • Locational challenges might occur, considering the construction in the middle of campus.

  • Food safety regulations may struggle to be met and would require careful consideration.

C.S.F Analysis

Since this analysis identifies the key factors that are essential for success... here are some.

• User- friendliness needs to be a main component because if the way to order isn't clean, easy to use, and visually appealing, the students are less likely to use it.

• Customer service needs to be responsive and helpful in addressing the issues and concerns of the students.

Since this analysis identifies the key factors that are essential for success... here are some.

• Food safety is required, as well as being compliant with the local health and safety regulations.

• Is the meal swipe delivery service going to be able to accommodate the whole student body promptly?

S.Q.U.I.D Analysis

Strategic questions that I could ask are...

Whether there is a demand for this or not What resources are needed to deliver? Like new workers and a golf cart to deliver it.

What competitive advantage will this let Arkansas Tech have over other schools, since this is an appealing             service to new students.

Understanding student needs plays a huge part in whether to implement this idea, because if the students don't need it then why implement it?

Understanding whether it can operate efficiently is important, and that means looking at the dining facilities, as well as people who would be interested in working this job.

Identifying the target audience, the student body, is important in seeing if this is a good idea to implement.

Identifying potential challenges, like a potential lack of workers, is also good to identify before implementing the meal swipe delivery service.

Deciding on how to pay for it is a component to think about, like will it be included in the meal plans, or will it be subscription based per semester?

Deciding how to place the orders is something to think about...Are we going to create a place to order on one tech? Or make a whole new app for orders?
