• Observe the student body and the amount of people who say that they would benefit from having this on campus
    Orient
• A good way to orient data for this new idea is a survey, to see what amount of people would benefit them.
    Decide
• Based on the data from the survey we collected, we can decide to implement the app or not to help the student body
    Act 
• Based on the positive results, we act to implement the app

    Critical thinking Inductive
• Since inductive reasoning involves drawing general conclusions from specific observations or examples, a main observation that shows this project is going to be successful is comparing it to similar ideas that are already out.
• For example, door dash is a food delivery service that is already successful, DoorDash has experienced rapid growth in terms 
of market share and revenue. In addition to that, most food services offer food delivery through the phone or the app.

    Critical Thinking Deductive
• Deductive reasoning involves drawing specific conclusions from general principles or premises, and based on that this project operates in the food delivery industry, which is characterized by high demand for convenient meal options and busy lifestyles
• In addition to that, the success of food delivery platforms depends on factors such as the quality of service, variety of restaurant options, and efficiency of delivery logistics.

    Critical Thinking Abductive
• Abductive reasoning involves making educated guesses or forming hypotheses based on incomplete information or observations, and applying that to my project, we're going to look at successful companies that share a similar idea, like Door Dash.
• Door Dash introduced a new feature allowing customers to schedule deliveries in advance, along with Many customers have expressed frustration with long wait times during peak hours when ordering from popular restaurants. We should be able to do the same thing with Food on the Run, solving a problem before it turns into one!

    Critical Thinking Ampliative
• Ampliative reasoning involves drawing conclusions that extend beyond the information given or observed. 
• If our project becomes successful and popular, it is reasonable to conclude that beyond what we observed, it is going to continue to grow, accumulate more profit, and continue to be more and more 

 

    Qualitative Analysis
• Qualitative analysis is a method to analyze a certain subject using non-numeric plus non-quantifiable indicators, behavior, and characteristics to determine its overall situation, quality, value, or any other parameter
• Convenience: Consumers increasingly value convenience, driving the demand for food delivery services that offer easy ordering and quick delivery.
• Mobile Apps: Food delivery platforms rely on user-friendly mobile apps for ordering, payment processing, and tracking deliveries.
    Quantitative Analysis
• Since quantitative analysis is the process of using mathematical and statistical techniques to understand and evaluate data, we could get the statistics on how many students would want this on campus, compared to the amount of people who would be willing to work it.
• With this, we can track the metrics such as order frequency, and the amount of consumer spending on items that are not included in the meal swipes, such as Starbucks drinks or treats
